Pancakes

Happy Pancake Day!
Here is a quick and easy pancake recipe which can be wiped together in no time. I find that the first couple are never as good as the rest but as the pan heats up and you grow in confidence they will get better and better.

Enjoy x.

Ingredients

200g Plain Flour
2 Eggs
600ml Milk
1 Tbsp Caster Sugar

Method

  • Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl, add in the egg and whisk. Next gradually add small quantities of the milk whilst whisking.
  • Heat oil in a hot flat pan and add the batter swirling the pan to ensure an even coverage. Once heated all the way through loosen at the edges with a spatula and flip.
  • Serve with a topping of your choice.
